Webquest as a means of future English teachers’ universal and professional competences development

The article shows the necessity to use information and communication technology in education due changes which have happened society system of coronavirus pandemic period. requirements that a future English teacher must meet according third-generation higher federal state standards are analysed. conclusion it is reasonable include questions concerning usage technologies, methods teaching tools suppose students’ cognitive, research project activity Methodology course order improve pedagogic quality made. Webquest considered as structured by Internet project, helps educator manage distance face-to-face learning. An emphasis made on fairly rigid structure typical webquests – an introduction, final task enunciation, sequence steps, leading execution, presentation, analysis evaluation. It stated steps may vary depending conditions. author describes webquest Foreign Language was created basis this research. At end questionnaire results students who participated piloting given; methodological recommendations how design employ presented.
